Fat: 73.01g | Prot: 68.05g | Carb: 218.70g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Latte Coffee. Lunch:  Beef Steak (Lean Only Eaten), Dry Roasted Salted Peanuts, Hunt's Diced Tomatoes in Sauce, Market Day Stuffed Eggplant, Stuffed Zucchini with Meat and Rice, Warak Enab (stuffed with rice and ground beef). Dinner:  Mixed Fruit, Sponge Cake. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Kiwi Fruit, Manner Vanilla Cream Filled Wafers, Snapple Kiwi Pear Juice Drink, Storck Merci.
