Fat: 36.19g | Prot: 24.10g | Carb: 126.26g.   Breakfast:  Dried Orange peel (or dried pomolo peel), zaatar sandwich in brown pita with olive oil. Lunch:  Fasolia, White Rice, Gala Apples, Choceur Raspberry Chocolate Balls. Snacks/Other:  Hot Chocolate Cocoa (Made with Whole Milk), Fruit, Nuts & Seeds Muesli, Soy Milk.
