Fat: 31.87g | Prot: 27.33g | Carb: 117.51g.   Breakfast:  Nonfat Latte Coffee, Oreo Chocolate Sandwich Cookies. Lunch:  Bananas, Lemon Juice, Mixed Salad Greens, Moudardara, Plain Yogurt. Dinner:  Dry Roasted Mixed Nuts (with Peanuts, with Salt Added). Snacks/Other:  Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Butter), Herbal Tea, Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds), Pineapple (Drained, Juice Pack, Canned).
