Fat: 121.41g | Prot: 189.00g | Carb: 229.81g.   Lunch:  milk, large brown egg, carando genoa salami, cracker barrel sharp cheddar, Whole Wheat Pita. Dinner:  campbell's chunky chicken and sausage gumbo, hannaford no sugar added fruit cocktail, barbecue chicken drumstick, chicken drumstick, sam's diet cola, stuffing, mixed vegetables hannaford. Snacks/Other:  pop secret home style popcorn.
