Dinner:  Brown Rice, Carrots, Lettuce, Milk Chocolate Candies (with Almonds), Pineapple Juice, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  Brazil Nuts, Milk (Nonfat), Nonfat Fruit Variety Yogurt (Sweetened with Low Calorie Sweetener).
