Fat: 50.02g | Prot: 86.10g | Carb: 136.44g.   Breakfast:  great value nondairy creamer, coffee, David Jalapeno Hot Salsa Sunflower Seeds, Breakstone's Live Active 2% Cottage Cheese. Lunch:  red grapefruit, AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Rich Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  egg, Cooked Broccoli (from Fresh, Fat Not Added in Cooking), Sour Dough Bread, Light Promise Spread, Jams, Preserves, Marmalades (Sweetened with Fruit Juice Concentrates). Snacks/Other:  Skim Milk, Kashi Golean Cereal.
