Fat: 21.42g | Prot: 103.36g | Carb: 171.55g.   Breakfast:  coffee, great value nondairy creamer, Kashi golean, skim milk. Lunch:  Fage, hershey chocolate syrup light. Dinner:  cucumber, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, fit and trim hickory bourbon chicken, fresh spinach, hard boiled egg, Mushrooms, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked). Snacks/Other:  dries cranberries, light promise, Mangos, whitewheat.
