Fat: 21.42g | Prot: 103.36g | Carb: 171.55g.   Breakfast:  coffee, great value nondairy creamer, Kashi golean, skim milk. Lunch:  Fage, hershey chocolate syrup light. Dinner:  fit and trim hickory bourbon chicken, fresh spinach, Mushrooms, cucumber, Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), hard boiled egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Snacks/Other:  whitewheat, light promise, Mangos, dries cranberries.
