Fat: 32.48g | Prot: 81.83g | Carb: 153.52g.   Breakfast:  coffee, great value non dairy creamer, David Jalapeno Hot Salsa Sunflower Seeds, Breakstone's Live Active 2% Cottage Cheese. Lunch:  AdvantEDGE Carb Control Shake - Rich Dark Chocolate, Honeycrisp Apples. Dinner:  smart ones chicken carbonara, fresh spinach, grape tomato, flour tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Cinnamon Hard Candy Sugar Free, 2% Fat Milk, coffee, hershey syrup lite, Bananas, fage 0% yogurt.
