Fat: 52.74g | Prot: 99.69g | Carb: 285.70g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Bananas, Coffee, Granulated Sugar, Post Grape-Nuts Cereal. Lunch:  Beef Chuck (Arm Pot Roast, Lean Only, Trimmed to 1/8" Fat, Select Grade), Coleslaw, Fruit Cup, Ice Tea, Sourdough Bread. Dinner:  Baked or Fried Coated Chicken Thigh with Skin. Snacks/Other:  Cara Cara Navel Oranges, Kroger Fat Free Devils Food Chocolate Cake Cookies, Reese's Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups.
