Fat: 57.43g | Prot: 63.60g | Carb: 41.45g.   Breakfast:  Natural Fresh Large Brown Eggs, Organic Nonfat Plain European Style Yogurt. Dinner:  cucumber, guacamole, iceberg lettuce, Shrimp Cakes. Snacks/Other:  almond breeze unsweetened vanilla, raw almonds unsalted.
