Fat: 35.14g | Prot: 69.52g | Carb: 125.80g.   Breakfast:  oatmeal, orange juice, coffee, strawberries, creamer international delight french vanilla fatfree, greek yogurt, silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk. Lunch:  banana, organic baby spinach, haas avocado, simply dressed , grape tomatoes. Dinner:  coffee, blue moon beer, kirkland wild alaskan salmon, green giant teriyaki vegetables.
