Fat: 35.14g | Prot: 69.52g | Carb: 125.80g.   Breakfast:  coffee, creamer international delight french vanilla fatfree, greek yogurt, oatmeal, orange juice, silk unsweetened vanilla almond milk, strawberries. Lunch:  banana, grape tomatoes, haas avocado, organic baby spinach, simply dressed . Dinner:  blue moon beer, coffee, green giant teriyaki vegetables, kirkland wild alaskan salmon.
