Fat: 26.99g | Prot: 36.92g | Carb: 68.96g.   Breakfast:  Light English Muffin, Reduced Fat Creamy Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Sourdough Wrap, Bell Peppers, Arugula (Rocket), Buffalo Chicken Breast, All Natural Italian Salad Dressing. Dinner:  Mozzarella String Cheese, Boiled Egg. Snacks/Other:  Honey Nut with Whole Grain Cheerios.
