Fat: 33.51g | Prot: 50.11g | Carb: 92.21g.   Breakfast:  Red Kidney Beans, Skinless Chicken Breast, feta, coffee. Lunch:  Fiber One bread, humus, coffee. Dinner:  silk almond milk, Ellio's, Fiber One bread, ground beef, arugula, mayonnaise light.
