Fat: 55.30g | Prot: 23.78g | Carb: 119.24g.   Breakfast:  coffee. Lunch:  bell pepper, diet lipton tea, onion, sugar free muffin. Dinner:  almond, chicken pot pie, mozzarella, spinach, strawberry, sugar free raspberry. Snacks/Other:  cake, lays barbeque potato chips.
