Lunch:  Puerto Rican Style Starchy Vegetables (Viandas), Puerto Rican Style Stewed Codfish (Bacalao Guisado), Rice with Beans. Dinner:  Lasagna with Meat. Snacks/Other:  Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Blueberry, Dannon Light & Fit Yogurt - Strawberry & Banana, Dobos Torte Cake (Non-Chocolate Layer Cake with Chocolate Filling and Icing).
