Fat: 30.67g | Prot: 45.09g | Carb: 134.01g.   Breakfast:  Belgian Waffle Mix, Coffee, Syrup. Lunch:  Cheese, Ham sandwitch, Rye Bread. Dinner:  Split Pea Soup. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Hershey Bar.
