Fat: 17.84g | Prot: 38.49g | Carb: 171.93g.   Breakfast:  ground flaxseed, 1/2 cup kale, 1/2 cup spinach, almond milk, apple, banana, bob's redmill organic rolled oats, mothers taffy cookies, trader joes organic frozen raspberries, trader joes pineapple bits. Lunch:  royal basmati rice. Dinner:  cantaloup, grapes, nonfat skim milk, whey protein. Snacks/Other:  blueberries, organic kiwi, trader joes cottage cheese.
