Fat: 43.46g | Prot: 35.52g | Carb: 165.28g.   Breakfast:  1/2 cup kale, 1/2 cup spinach, 1/4 cup organic redmill rolled oatmeal, apple, banana, trader joes organic frozen raspberries. Lunch:  buffalo chicken wings wing stop, fries wing stop. Dinner:  prince of peace ginger crystals tea.
