Fat: 32.87g | Prot: 62.38g | Carb: 92.83g.   Breakfast:  Kellogg's All-Bran Original. Lunch:  Mixed Salad Greens, Walnuts, Oranges, Frigo Light Ricotta Cheese. Dinner:  Steamed or Poached Cod, Wylwood Mixed Vegetables (No Salt), Blackberries, Anderson Erickson YoLite Fat Free Yogurt with Fiber. Snacks/Other:  Silk Pure Almond Milk - Unsweetened Original, Hill Country Fare String Cheese, Nabisco Triscuit Reduced Fat Crackers.
