Light Vegetable Oil Spread. Lunch:  Bolthouse Farms Ceasar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing, Dole Shredded Carrots, Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Nature's Promise Spring Mix Salad. Dinner:  El Mexicano Queso Fresco Casero Part Skim Milk Cheese, El Pollo Loco Taco Al Carbon, Salsa, Tostitos 100% White Corn Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips. Snacks/Other:  V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz).
