Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Hormel Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham, Fiber One Original English Muffins, Fat Free American Cheese. Lunch:  Dole Shredded Carrots, Butterball Low Sodium Turkey Breast, Dole Spring Mix Salad, Bolthouse Farms Ceasar Parmigiano Yogurt Dressing, Trader Joe's English Cucumber. Dinner:  Subway 12" Turkey Breast & Ham, Fritos Original Corn Chips (Package). Snacks/Other:  V8 Low Sodium Original 100% Vegetable Juice (11.5 oz).
