Fat: 48.39g | Prot: 102.98g | Carb: 183.26g.   Breakfast:  Food Club Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread, Smucker's Sugar Free Apricot Preserves. Lunch:  Costco Rotisserie Chicken, Nature's Promise Spring Mix Salad, Newman's Own Lighten Up Caesar Dressing. Dinner:  Cooked Carrots (from Fresh), Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Instant Brown Rice, Kikkoman Oyster Sauce, Ling Ling Chicken and Vegetable Potstickers, Publix Red Bell Pepper, Thai Kitchen Roasted Red Chili Paste. Snacks/Other:  Dannon Light & Fit Greek - Peach.
