Fat: 25.68g | Prot: 113.41g | Carb: 138.76g.   Breakfast:  Better'n Eggs Better'n Eggs, Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Fiber One Original English Muffins, Hormel Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham. Lunch:  Dole Shredded Carrots, Minced Garlic, Baby Corn, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sweet Onions, Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas. Dinner:  Chicken Gyro Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Iced Coffee with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Medium).
