Fat: 25.68g | Prot: 113.41g | Carb: 138.76g.   Breakfast:  Better'n Eggs Better'n Eggs, Fiber One Original English Muffins, Hormel Natural Choice Cooked Deli Ham, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese. Lunch:  Baby Corn, Broccoli Flower Clusters, Dole Shredded Carrots, Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce, Minced Garlic, Snow or Sugar Snap Peas, Soy Sauce, Sweet Onions. Dinner:  Chicken Gyro Sandwich. Snacks/Other:  Iced Coffee with Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup (Medium).
