Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Kraft Natural Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, Sara Lee 45 Calories & Delightful Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Baby Corn, Baby Spinach, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Dunkin' Donuts Iced Coffee with Cream, Fresh & Easy Stir Fry Sauce, Frieda's Baby Bok Choy, Kroger Sliced Carrots, Minced Garlic. Dinner:  Chicken Gyro Sandwich, Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill Falafel.
