Light Vegetable Oil Spread, Sargento Reduced Fat Provolone Cheese Slices. Lunch:  Foster Farms Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, Dole Shredded Carrots, Minced Garlic, Soy Sauce, Kikkoman Oyster Sauce, Sweet Onions, Dynasty Hot Chili Oil, Ginger (Ground). Dinner:  Tai Pei Pork Potstickers, Pei Wei Mongolian Beef, Panda Express Honey Walnut Shrimp. Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Chip Cookie, Dairy Queen Chocolate Cone (Small).
