Fat: 54.61g | Prot: 110.99g | Carb: 193.25g.   Breakfast:  Egg Beaters - Original, fat free shredded cheddar, ham sliced deli, I cant believe its not butter with olive oil light, sara lee light wheat breat. Lunch:  fritos scoops, kraft light mayo, progresso manhattan clam chowder, red onion, sara lee delightful, tuna fish. Dinner:  ceasar salad, garlic bread, michael angelos baked ziti and meatballs. Snacks/Other:  all bran wheat flakes, skim milk.
