Fat: 24.50g | Prot: 65.25g | Carb: 101.25g.   Breakfast:  baby red potatoes, Egg Beaters - Original, fat free shredded cheddar, ham sliced deli, I cant believe its not butter with olive oil light, sara lee light wheat breat. Lunch:  chicken lo mein, imitation crab, kraft light mayo, ling ling potstickers.
