Lunch:  Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein - Chocolate Peanut Butter. Dinner:  Meat Loaf Made with Beef and Pork, Broccoli, Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Water, Quest Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Bar, Old Wisconsin Turkey Sausage Snack Bites, Jell-O Sugar Free Raspberry Gelatin, Great Value Light Whipped Topping, Air Popped Popcorn.
