Lunch:  Activia Light Strawberry Yogurt, Equate Sugar Free Fiber Powder, Kellogg's Special K Protein Meal Bar - Strawberry. Dinner:  Cooked Asparagus (from Fresh), Smart Ones Classic Favorites Santa Fe Style Rice & Beans. Snacks/Other:  Air Popped Popcorn, Water, Yasso Frozen Greek Yogurt - Coconut.
