Had a free weekend. Starting back today on the old diet from 2 years ago. It worked the best for me. So here goes.

Dinner: classic guacamole, Fajita Chicken Strips, la banderita, pepper stir fry , rice. Snacks/Other: Apples, veg, walden farm, walden farm, water, white/puh'-erh tea.
