Fat: 59.57g | Prot: 113.70g | Carb: 58.97g.   Breakfast:  eggs, white/puh'-erh tea. Lunch:  merita bread, peanut spread, walden farms. Dinner:  Broccoli, Cabbage, Cauliflower, chedder cheese, cottage cheese, lettuce, roast beef, steak, sugar free jello. Snacks/Other:  popcorn, Sugar Free Fruit Punch Drink Mix, supreme protein bar.
