Fat: 39.75g | Prot: 48.64g | Carb: 137.22g.   Breakfast:  porridge. Lunch:  Fat Free Peach Yogurt, pea and ham soup heinz, white bread roll. Dinner:  cumberland sausage, jacket potatoe, mixed vegetables. Snacks/Other:  chunky kit kat.
