Fat: 61.01g | Prot: 91.89g | Carb: 122.25g.   Breakfast:  proten powder, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  diet coke, Jalapeno Slices Hot Peppers, Mixed Salad Greens, Skinless Chicken Breast. Dinner:  Caesar Salad Dressing, diet coke, Green Leaf Lettuce, steak, yamms. Snacks/Other:  apple, cheese, jellybean.
