Lunch:  7 Whole Grain Puffs, Chobani Greek Yogurt Bite Raspberry with Dark Chocolate Chips, Green & Black's Organic 70% Dark Chocolate. Dinner:  Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Pita Bread, Newman's Own Black Bean & Corn Salsa (Medium), Selects Solid Light Tuna in Water, Smart Balance Omega Plus Light Mayonnaise, Tostitos Scoops! 100% White Corn Tortilla Chips, Water (Bottled). Snacks/Other:  Fiber One 90 Calorie Brownies - Chocolate Fudge, Kellogg's Rice Krispies Treats (37g), Pepsi Pepsi, Reduced Fat Vanilla Sandwich Cookie, Snyder's of Hanover York Peppermint Pretzel Sandwich.
