Fat: 51.25g | Prot: 47.23g | Carb: 88.47g.   Breakfast:  bacon, butter, egg. Lunch:  carrot, cauliflower, celery, fennel, green beans, hamburger, merlot wine, mushroom, onion, peppers sweet, soy sauce, swiss cheese, worcestershire. Dinner:  broccoli, butter, carrot, corn meal, cucumber, lettuce, red wine vin, Sweet Potatoes, trout. Snacks/Other:  almonds raw, prunes sunsweet, yogurt peach yoplait.
