Fat: 86.47g | Prot: 60.12g | Carb: 255.80g.   Breakfast:  Honey, Cinnamon, Whole Natural Almonds, Steel Cut Oats. Lunch:  Soft White Roll, Churros, Chocolate Churros Sauce, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Spinach, Crackers, Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil). Dinner:  Ezekiel 4:9 Low Sodium Sprouted Grain Bread, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cinnamon, Honey, Egg, Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting). Snacks/Other:  Newmans Peanut Butter Dark Choc Cups.
