Fat: 86.47g | Prot: 60.12g | Carb: 255.80g.   Breakfast:  Cinnamon, Honey, Steel Cut Oats, Whole Natural Almonds. Lunch:  Chocolate Churros Sauce, Churros, Crackers, Egg Omelet or Scrambled Egg with Cheese, Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil), Soft White Roll, Spinach. Dinner:  Chocolate Cake (with Chocolate Frosting), Cinnamon, Egg, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Ezekiel 4:9 Low Sodium Sprouted Grain Bread, Honey. Snacks/Other:  Newmans Peanut Butter Dark Choc Cups.
