Dinner:  bacon, chicken, muscle pharm protein powder, salad. Snacks/Other:  apple, blackberries, cottage cheese, cucumber, mushrooms, reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese sticks, reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese sticks.
