Lunch:  broccoli and cauliflower, Chicken Jalapeno Sausage , mixed bell peppers, sharp cheddar cheese. Dinner:  bacon, Muscle Pharm Protein Powder, reduced fat colby jack cheese, stuffed peppers. Snacks/Other:  apple, baby carrots, Blackberries , Greek Yogurt, reduced fat colby jack cheese, Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs.
