Lunch:  Chicken Jalapeno Sausage , sharp cheddar cheese, broccoli and cauliflower, mixed bell peppers. Dinner:  reduced fat colby jack cheese, bacon, Muscle Pharm Protein Powder, stuffed peppers. Snacks/Other:  Greek Yogurt, Blackberries , Whole Natural Almonds 100 Calorie Packs, apple, baby carrots, reduced fat colby jack cheese.
