Fat: 44.60g | Prot: 40.30g | Carb: 164.30g.   Breakfast:  All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Butter, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Green Peppers, Half and Half Cream, Jack in the Box Sweet'N Low Sugar Substitute, Jelly (All Flavors), Mushrooms, Onions, Tabasco Sauce, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Cauliflower, Eat Well Enjoy Life Spicy Red Lentil Chipotle Hummus. Snacks/Other:  Honeycrisp Apples, Wal-Mart Sweet Lava Caramel Dip Fat Free, Walnuts.
