Fat: 44.60g | Prot: 40.30g | Carb: 164.30g.   Breakfast:  Jelly (All Flavors), Half and Half Cream, Onions, Mushrooms, All Whites 100% Liquid Egg Whites, Green Peppers, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread (Commercial), Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Tabasco Sauce, Tomatoes, Butter, Jack in the Box Sweet'N Low Sugar Substitute. Dinner:  Eat Well Enjoy Life Spicy Red Lentil Chipotle Hummus, Cauliflower. Snacks/Other:  Walnuts, Honeycrisp Apples, Wal-Mart Sweet Lava Caramel Dip Fat Free.
