Fat: 35.31g | Prot: 103.96g | Carb: 125.41g.   Breakfast:  About 40% Fat Reduced Calorie Salted Margarine-Like Spread Tub, Boiled Egg, Dunnes Granary Bread, Tea with skimmed milk. Lunch:  Strawberry Shortcake Nonfat Yogurt, tea with skimmed milk, Tuscan tomato & Pasta. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), mixed vegetables, vegetables. Snacks/Other:  Cheese Spread, egg, mayo, Tea with Skimmed Milk.
