Fat: 99.72g | Prot: 83.81g | Carb: 230.05g.   Breakfast:  Frosted Mini Wheats - Maple & Brown Sugar, skim milk. Lunch:  chocolate cream pie, fried chicken thigh, potato salad, potatoes au gratin, roasted vegetables. Dinner:  broccoli salad, fried chicken drumstick, fried chicken wing. Snacks/Other:  snyders 100 calorie pretzels, weight watchers chocolate raspberry, weight watchers grand latte.
