Fat: 61.83g | Prot: 57.69g | Carb: 114.81g.   Breakfast:  almond milk, egg, spinach, strawberries, whey powder vanilla. Lunch:  carrots raw, celery, chinese bean balls, cooked lentils, egg roll, lettuce, oil, steamed topol fish.
