Fat: 27.19g | Prot: 51.73g | Carb: 70.96g.   Breakfast:  rice cakes. Lunch:  turkey sausage, cooked lentils . Dinner:  onion, cooked red pepper, egg omelet, laughing cow original light. Snacks/Other:  apple with skin.
