Fat: 64.11g | Prot: 109.99g | Carb: 261.99g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, Blackberries, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original, Sugar, Water. Lunch:  Beef, Black Bean Sauce with Garlic, Brown Rice, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Tea Presweetened with Sugar. Dinner:  Bourbon, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned), Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Feta Cheese, Ginger Ale, Pork Chop. Snacks/Other:  Extreme Moose Tracks Ice Cream.
