Fat: 64.11g | Prot: 109.99g | Carb: 261.99g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Water, Blackberries, 1% Fat Milk, Frosted Mini-Wheats Bite Size - Original. Lunch:  Brown Rice, Tea Presweetened with Sugar, Beef, Steamed or Boiled Shrimp, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Black Bean Sauce with Garlic. Dinner:  Pork Chop, Ginger Ale, Bourbon, Feta Cheese, Cooked Kale (from Fresh), Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram) (Mature Seeds, Canned). Snacks/Other:  Extreme Moose Tracks Ice Cream.
