Fat: 83.61g | Prot: 55.93g | Carb: 76.77g.   Breakfast:  dry roasted almonds, fresh cranberries. Lunch:  Chia Seeds, On the Border Salsa, pretzel crisps. Dinner:  avocado, cauliflower, egg yolk, Hardboiled egg whites, mustard, red wine, spinach. Snacks/Other:  ground almonds, natural peanut butter, Plain Dannon Yogurt, raw almonds.
