Fat: 83.61g | Prot: 55.93g | Carb: 76.77g.   Breakfast:  fresh cranberries, dry roasted almonds. Lunch:  On the Border Salsa, pretzel crisps, Chia Seeds. Dinner:  red wine, egg yolk, Hardboiled egg whites, cauliflower, spinach, avocado, mustard. Snacks/Other:  ground almonds, raw almonds, natural peanut butter, Plain Dannon Yogurt.
