Fat: 38.02g | Prot: 45.14g | Carb: 236.83g.   Breakfast:  2% Fat Milk, Coffee with Cream and Sugar, multi grain cheerios. Lunch:  deli turkey slice, Flour Tortilla, mayo, Red Leaf Lettuce, Shredded Mozzarella Cheese. Dinner:  Dry Grated Parmesan Cheese, Egg Noodles (Enriched, Cooked), Red Tomatoes (Stewed, Canned), Smoked Mozzarella with Artichokes & Garlic Chicken Sausage. Snacks/Other:  7UP (Can), Calcium Magnesium Zinc, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Tap Water.
