Fat: 95.83g | Prot: 134.41g | Carb: 172.43g.   Breakfast:  ground pork, egg, baked plantain, almond, americano. Lunch:  ground turkey, zucchini, olives, onion, tomato. Dinner:  chicken breast, brussels , date, baked plantain. Snacks/Other:  bacon, shrimp, almonds.
