Fat: 53.31g | Prot: 95.93g | Carb: 178.17g.   Breakfast:  instant butter grits quaker, boiled eggs. Lunch:  spinach salad, Cucumber (Peeled), tomatoes, turkey deli, red onion, Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil). Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Not Eaten), MIXED VEGETABLES, Sweet Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  banana, orange, Oil Popped White Popcorn, Apple Sauce.
