Fat: 53.31g | Prot: 95.93g | Carb: 178.17g.   Breakfast:  boiled eggs, instant butter grits quaker. Lunch:  Cucumber (Peeled), Italian Dressing (made with Vinegar and Oil), red onion, spinach salad, tomatoes, turkey deli. Dinner:  Chicken or Turkey with Barbecue Sauce (Skin Not Eaten), MIXED VEGETABLES, Sweet Red Wine. Snacks/Other:  Apple Sauce, banana, Oil Popped White Popcorn, orange.
