Lunch:  Roasted Potato, Cooked Snowpea (Pea Pod) (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Cooked Carrots, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Added in Cooking), Baked or Broiled Fish. Snacks/Other:  Dry Roasted Peanuts (with Salt), Cinnamon Raisen Bread Flavored Raisins.
