Fat: 55.99g | Prot: 45.53g | Carb: 63.90g.   Breakfast:  atkins day break cranberry almond bar. Lunch:  atkins daybreak chocolate shake. Dinner:  progresso low fat soup veg barley, green beans, romaine salad. Snacks/Other:  Lowfat Cheddar or Colby Cheese, atkins bar hazelnut, Dry Roasted Almonds (with Salt Added), romaine salad, low calorie salad dressing.
